FXL CROISSANCE has been created by François-Xavier Luquet, an expert in international business development, with a strong focus on the French-German relationship.

Expert in the French German business, I have created the consultancy firm FXL Croissance to support medium-sized companies in their development projects.

Where does this expertise for German speaking countries come from ?

Graduated from Lyon Business School, I have had the great opportunity to work three years in Germany, which has increased both my European convictions and links with our German neighbor.

Then, with this German background, this country has always been a first class partner in all my business positions.

At L’Oréal (15 years), as a Business Unit Manager, I developed brands (L’Oréal Paris, The Body Shop) both in France and in the Travel Retail market, and worked very closely with Heinemann, the leading German company in Travel Retail.

Then, I successfully contributed to the development of the Zwilling Group in France during 5 years.

Through this dual experience, I am convinced that medium-sized companies can be developed further with the right commercial and marketing strategies for Export.

Last but not least, strengthening the economic links between the two countries is also a way to take into account the environmental pressure through the commercial proximity and high quality products.
